During my recent stay at Poshtel, I was blown away by the stunning interiors and the friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to provide me with helpful maps and recommendations for local attractions. The USB charging port and nightlight in the bed headboard were a convenient touch. I also appreciated the clean and minimal bathroom, as well as the well-equipped kitchen. The attached restaurant made dining convenient. I had a fantastic experience at Poshtel and would highly recommend it.

Not obvious to find.

The location of this hostel was really convenient, with key attractions like the Guggenheim Museum and the bus stop for the airport bus just a short walk away. the common areas were spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or coffee. the dormitories were crowded but had windows that could be opened, allowing for fresh air. the mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There was only one bathroom for a dormitory of 10 people and only one extra bathroom on the corridor for everyone. Having a few extra showers or toilets would have been much more convenient for the guests.

Great location: the hostel is conveniently located near the city center and all the tourist attractions, making it easy to explore Bilbao. the bus stop to the airport is just a short walk away, making it convenient for travelers. Clean and organized: the hostel is extremely clean and well, maintained. the staff does a great job of keeping the hostel fresh and tidy. the beds are comfortable and well laid out, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hostel also provides night lights for each bed, which is a helpful feature for those arriving or leaving late or early.
Lack of amenities: One major downside is the lack of amenities provided. For example, there were no duvets or comforters provided, only a bed sheet.

I recently stayed at Poshtel Bilbao - Premium for a few nights. My friend and I were in town for a marathon, and it was the perfect choice. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us tips on local attractions and providing helpful maps. The 24-hour reception was a major plus, as we had an early flight. The interiors of the hotel were stunning, and our room was comfortable with a cozy bed. I loved the added convenience of a USB charging port and nightlight in the headboard. The bathroom was always clean and accessible, and the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. The attached restaurant was also very convenient, and the other guests were friendly. I greatly appreciated the staff's assistance with storing my luggage after checkout. I loved my stay at Poshtel Bilbao - Premium and would highly recommend it.

The hostel was very clean and well-maintained. the rooms were tidy and the common areas were spotless. I particularly liked the fact that each bed had a light and USB phone recharging socket, making it super convenient to charge my devices. the small kitchen with a fridge was a great bonus, allowing me to store and prepare my own food.
One thing I disliked about the hostel was that the bedrooms were a bit narrow. I can imagine that it might get uncomfortable if all the beds were occupied.

Clean and friendly hostel. the design and layout were perfect, with plenty of showers and lockers available. the staff were awesome and very helpful. the facilities were modern and well-maintained. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. the bed was comfortable, and the lockers were spacious. the location was great, with easy access to the city and the airport. the wifi connection was excellent.
The allocation of beds was not clear upon check-in, causing some confusion in the middle of the night. the lounge areas lacked coziness, making it less inviting for hanging out.

The value for money at this hostel was a little steep due to the expensive prices in the city, but it was worth it for the clean and well-thought-out rooms. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Guggenheim and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.
The breakfast menu could be improved with some additional options.
